Our Therapist

  • As a holistic therapist, I firmly believe in the inherent interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. My philosophy centers on the understanding that true well-being and healing can only be achieved by addressing the whole person, rather than focusing solely on symptoms or specific areas of concern. I believe that everyone possesses an innate capacity for growth, self-discovery, and transformation, and it is my role to facilitate and support this process as the person leads their own growth and healing.

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where clients can openly explore their own thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I view therapy as a collaborative journey, where we work together to uncover underlying causes, identify patterns, and develop strategies for personal growth and healing.

I integrate various therapeutic modalities and techniques tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each individual or family unit. These may include mindfulness practices (and other aspects of DBT), cognitive-behavioral techniques, somatic awareness, EMDR, IFS/parts work, Bowen Family Systems, Gottman Method, and other holistic approaches. By utilizing a comprehensive approach, I aim to address the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions of well-being.

In my work, I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, and confidentiality. I value cultural diversity and appreciate the unique perspectives and experiences that each individual brings. I recognize the importance of promoting self-care, self-empowerment, and self-awareness, while also fostering a sense of interconnectedness with the wider world and promoting harmony with nature.

Ultimately, my goal as a holistic therapist is to support individuals in achieving holistic wellness, enhancing self-understanding, and cultivating a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment. I am committed to ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field, to provide the highest quality of care to my clients.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Southern Oregon University. Aside from Greenlight, I provide outpatient individual, family and group therapy at a community mental health organization, where I serve a diverse clientele with various mental health diagnosis.

My background includes small business development, adult education curriculum development, and administration.
